What You'll Do:
In this multifaceted role, you will lead internal sales efforts for Principal Securities by developing and implementing sales plans, activity reports, and rotation schedules. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to align campaigns and support financial professional relationships while meeting internal sales targets. Key responsibilities include providing intermediaries with sales ideas, handling product inquiries, sharing performance data, identifying new opportunities, and supporting external wholesalers with territory management. You will also build and manage the Asset Retention program in partnership with your External Wholesaler(s).
