This position is your typical external wholesaler role that will be focusing on the central region of the country. The territory will run from Minnesota down to Texas, including Missouri. For this role, we are looking for candidates based in Dallas but are open to candidates that are also located in Kansas City or Minneapolis.   We are looking for candidates that already bring at least five years of experience as an external wholesaler having sold a similar product set. This position will be geared towards calling on the independent broker dealer channel, RIA's, and Envestnet. The territory already has some existing producers, but we want someone that has a history of being able to build upon what is already in place. This is a more focused position that is geared towards expanding the company's reach into the faith-based investment community. The hiring firm has strategies within this space that have a track record of over 20-years. This hire will spearhead the push into this space.   You will be proactively reaching out to firms (specifically RIA's) and teams that are really dialed in on faith-based investing including going to conferences. Ultimately, you are the subject matter expert that will support the external wholesalers when this investment strategy comes up with their advisors. This is an incredibly dynamic role in that there is a HUGE opportunity to take on a variety of responsibilities and grow within the organization.   Compensation will include a base salary around $70k with variable comp allowing you to bring your total comp north of $100k.
