 promotes and sells products or services face-to-face by visiting clients and prospects within an assigned territory. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, generating new leads, and meeting specific revenue goals through direct in-person engagement. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting: Find new business opportunities through local outreach, cold visits, and networking.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with current and potential buyers.
  • Sales Execution: Conduct product presentations, handle client objections, and close deals.
  • Target Tracking: Meet or exceed assigned weekly and monthly sales quotas.
  • Reporting: Log daily visits, customer feedback, and order metrics into the company CRM or mobile app. 
Requirements & Skills
  • Experience: 0 to 3 years in field sales, retail, or customer service.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
  • Mobility: Valid local driver's license, two-wheeler/car, and comfort with daily travel.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with strong time-management habits.
  • Tech Skills: Basic smartphone and CRM literacy for digital reporting.
