Job Description:
A Wholesale Sales Officer drives business-to-business (B2B) revenue by acquiring new wholesale clients, managing existing accounts, and ensuring continuous product availability in the assigned region. They negotiate pricing, process bulk orders, and collaborate with logistics to guarantee timely deliveries to retailers and traders. [ 1 , 2 ]
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and map the target market (retailers, distributors, or HORECA clients) to expand the B2B client base.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, onboarding, and volume targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with business owners, addressing grievances and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Negotiation & Pricing: Negotiate bulk pricing, credit terms, and contract conditions while maintaining company profitability.
