As Business Development Manager for the Export Zone, the main objective is to identify and penetrate new geographic markets / categories through our current partners or by acquiring new high-potential partners to enable this opportunity.

In addition, emphasis will be placed on fostering long-term relationships to drive sustainable growth. The position requires knowledge of the export market and innovative approaches to discover new business opportunities and maximize export potential.

The candidate is responsible to identify and develop potential final customers as retailers or local distributors in multiple geographies.

1. Define commercial plan, analyze performance, and execute action plans to achieve targets

2.Adjust monthly volume estimation (forecast) by category/client following commercial/promotional plans.

3. Review Sell Out and Sell In of direct customers and compare according to plan to suggest and influence customer to achieve organization’s target

4.Guarantee Service Level in main accounts following up Purchase Orders, returns, cuts, claims and shortages.

5.Construct quarterly promo plan together with RGM & FBP and build Annual Operating plan for the customers.

6.Control of Investment (Deal and Allowances) budget and ensuring company’s policy compliance

Knowledge & Experience

4+ years of experience in sales or related commercial area

Commercial Strategy and Execution

Experience related to global exports process

Account Management and Promo Management, Trade Investments

Business Analysis

Fluent in English and Spanish

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$104,200.00 - $130,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
