Job Description:
Grow ExchangeRight’s brand and partnership profile by wholesaling non-traded REIT shares and 1031-eligible DST interests to Investment Advisors and Registered Reps in your dedicated region to help them and their clients be secure, free, and generous.
Conduct virtual and face to face meetings with financial professionals and their clients to discuss ExchangeRight’s products.
Drive sales through the diverse product line offered by ExchangeRight.
Service existing financial professionals in your region.
Participate in sales training and other team-based activities (conferences, webinars, events) as needed.
Via Salesforce CRM, diligently manage your daily activities and documentation of field interactions.
Partner with dedicated internal wholesaler on sales ideas, campaigns, schedule, and region rotation mapping.
Prepare weekly action plan and review it daily with Internal business partner to determine each day’s action steps for the...
