Job Description:
A Dispatch Executive manages the daily outbound logistics, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods. They coordinate with warehouse, production, and transport teams, manage documentation (invoices, E-way bills), monitor shipments, and resolve logistical discrepancies. Key skills include ERP proficiency, logistics management, and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Coordination: Manage the entire dispatch process, including loading and scheduling transport vehicles.
Documentation: Generate and verify invoices, E-way bills, and consignment notes for accurate compliance.
Inventory Control:
Verify stock quality and quantity, ensuring accurate inventory records using ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP).
Tracking & Monitoring: Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and update internal teams on status.
