  What You Will Bring   ·         FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 registrations ·         CA Resident State Life, Health and Variable Annuities Insurance license ·         Thorough knowledge of Variable Annuities and Mutual Funds ·         2+ years direct sales experience   Preferred   ·         Experience selling annuities in Los Angeles, CA market ·         Bachelor's degree ·         CLU, ChFC and/or CFP ·         Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills ·         Highly Organized ·         Technically savvy with computer and MS Office products   Skills Influencing:  Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
