We're hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing real estate investment firm managing $6B+ in assets across necessity-based retail and healthcare. This firm is scaling aggressively and expanding its distribution team to support a diverse portfolio of DSTs and non-traded REIT offerings. What You’ll Do: Build and grow advisor relationships across RIA and IBD channels. Drive capital raise efforts for DSTs, 1031 exchanges, and non-traded REITs. Conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings across your assigned territory. Travel regionally 3–5 days per week to meet with advisors and attend events.
