Role Overview
The Hybrid Wholesaler will be responsible for developing new business and supporting existing relationships with financial intermediaries. This individual will execute a high-velocity outreach strategy through outbound calls, digital meetings, email campaigns, and coordinated activity with the team.
You will play a pivotal role in building regional momentum, driving inflows, and educating the market on company's differentiated ETF lineup.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Outreach
Proactively engage financial advisors through outbound calls, video meetings, email sequences, and social/digital channels.
Build and manage a robust regional pipeline of RIAs and intermediary targets.
Schedule and lead product-focused meetings, virtual lunch-and-learns, and follow-up consultations.
Deliver a consistent cadence of outreach that meets or exceeds activity expectations.
