Core Responsibilities: This role requires 50% travel to agency sites to train on life insurance and annuities products and sales strategies. Sales & Production Conduct daily sales activities including calls, case design, and product consultations. Drive accountability and production through field engagement and relationship building. Conduct up to 6 live office visits per month to support field growth. Agent Support & Development Provide high-level support to agents with a focus on teaching rather than doing the work for them. Assist with product selection, illustrations, and sales strategies. Serve as a trusted advisor to the field. Training & Education Conduct weekly live and virtual training for agents.
