What You Will Bring •  Series 6 or Series 7 licenses required.   •  Series 63 and Life licenses preferred and/or must be obtained. •  Minimum 2 years experience working with Retirement Plans, preferably 401(k). •  Additional hours may be necessary during periods of heavy volume, or for time sensitive projects. •  Have a working knowledge with the pension provisions of the Internal Revenue Code and ERISA. •  Ability to present the features of the various Equitable pension products. •  Assist external wholesalers daily with prospecting activities •  Educate Financial Advisor on all aspects of product/market environment •  Be aware of the world of investments and of 401(k) competitors’ offerings. •  Coordinate & participate in pre-sale discussions regarding plan design/product sale/implementation •  Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
