This is a more focused position that is geared towards expanding the company's reach into the faith-based investment community. The hiring firm has strategies within this space that have a track record of over 20-years. This hire will spearhead the push into this space.   You will be proactively reaching out to firms (specifically RIA's) and teams that are really dialed in on faith-based investing including going to conferences. Ultimately, you are the subject matter expert that will support the external wholesalers when this investment strategy comes up with their advisors.
