Senior Insurance Wholesaler

Are you an experienced insurance marketing professional who thrives on building relationships, empowering agents, and driving real revenue growth? Our client is looking for a dynamic Senior Insurance Wholesaler to join their growing team.

In this high-impact position, you will serve as a strategic partner to independent agents and agencies, educating them on product portfolios, assisting with technology and compliance, and helping them maximize their production. Beyond supporting a high-performing "Team Roster" of producers, you will step into a key leadership role within the department: mentoring junior marketers, strengthening carrier relationships, and helping shape the strategic direction of the company.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in the general insurance industry or a related field (financial services, B2B customer service/call center, or digital marketing).
• Valid Life/Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). High School Diploma/GED required.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance product lines, carrier compliance, and agent distribution channels.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), webinar platforms, and modern web-based business/CRM tools.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with a proven ability to persuade, establish credibility with high producers, and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle high-volume calls and balance multiple urgent priorities independently.
