Job Title: Internal Wholesaler
WoodmenLife is looking to hire an Internal Wholesaler to join our team! In this role, you will assist in increasing product sales for Woodmen Financial Services (WFS). Facilitates training and sales support within the Home Office as well as with sales representatives. Works jointly with sales representatives regarding annuity and mutual fund sales.

We are looking for someone to:
Provides leadership in marketing and promotion of mutual funds, 529’s, annuity products and any other approved products through WFS.
Provides leadership and guidance to sales representatives.
Assists sales representatives in presenting and assisting in sales by directly participating on sales calls.
Develops, supports and trains sales representatives on initiatives and strategies.
Supports sales growth by providing direct support to sales representatives.
Responsible for promoting and educating non-licensed reps on the opportunity and benefits of getting securities licensed to grow the organization.
Provides sales education to WoodmenLife Sales Representatives on fixed indexed annuities offered through Woodmen Insurance Agency by carriers that are not affiliated with WoodmenLife. Such sales education shall not include making recommendations or providing education directly to consumers.
Conducts outbound training webinars, PowerPoints and telephone calls to sales representatives.
Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
Meets expectations for attendance and punctuality in accordance with the expectations established by the supervisor and WoodmenLife policy.
We need someone who has:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Insurance preferred or 3 to 5 years of equivalent industry experience.
Must have, or attain within 6 months of hire, FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses.
Insurance or financial services experience.
Ability to analyze, interpret and clearly communicate information.
Ability to identify project objectives, deliverables, tasks, timelines and meet or exceed deadlines.
Ability to identify obstacles and present solutions in order to resolve problems efficiently and accurately in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Self-motivated and self-managed with an ability to clearly and effectively communicate information.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
Ability to engage well with others and passionate about providing exemplary customer experience.
Ability to provide seamless, trustworthy, attentive and resourceful (S.T.A.R.) customer service.
