Internal Wholesaler (Inside Sales)

Job Description

Toews Asset Management is a 30-year-old, boutique asset management firm whose primary goal is to help advisors tackle the most pressing portfolio challenges with innovative risk mitigation strategies in the marketplace.

Toews is seeking an Internal wholesaler to drive new business, deepen financial advisor, RIA, partner relationships, and keep the territory running in lockstep with an external Regional Vice President and the Toews business and marketing plan. You’ll own high-touch prospecting, deliver compelling product narratives, and step in for external coverage when needed.


What you’ll do day-to-day

  • Prospect & qualify: High-volume outbound to Financial Advisors / RIAs; secure meetings for you and your territory RVP.
  • Manage the pipeline: Keep Salesforce pristine; log activities, next steps, and conversion metrics.
  • Present with clarity: Communicate on ETFs, mutual funds, and model portfolios; support webinars, conferences, and marketing campaigns.
  • Support execution: Align goals, share market intel, and execute to hit/exceed targets.
  • Service & follow-up: Coordinate producer support, calendar/tasks, leads follow-up and documentation for smooth ops.
  • Step in as needed: Cover select meetings/presentations when your external is traveling or double-booked.
  • Mentor & coordinate: Guide territory resources to maximize productivity and consistency. Share what works with other territories.
  • Coordinate executive speaking events: Schedule speaking engagements, along with 351 Exchange presentations, for our President and CEO at CFA/FPA events,
  • Foster company culture, collaboration & training: Work onsite in our NYC office 4 days a week
