About this Position

At Henkel, we are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Head Wholesalers to lead the wholesale channel and accelerate business growth through key wholesale partners. This role is responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy, strengthening customer relationships, expanding market reach, and ensuring sustainable growth across the wholesale network.
The successful candidate will bring strong FMCG commercial experience, deep expertise in wholesale channel management, and a proven track record of delivering profitable growth while leading high-performing teams in a dynamic and competitive environment. 

What you´ll do

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the wholesale channel, aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Lead the relationship and negotiations with key wholesale customers to drive profitable and sustainable growth.
  • Identify opportunities to increase market penetration, customer acquisition, and channel development.
  • Drive sales performance through effective account management, business planning, and execution excellence.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category Management teams to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives.
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to achieve financial targets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team focused on delivering business results.
  • Ensure strong customer engagement and build long-term strategic partnerships with wholesale accounts.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans to continuously improve channel performance.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in FMCG commercial leadership, preferably within wholesale or cash & carry channels.
  • Proven experience managing large wholesale customers and developing strategic customer relationships.
  • Strong track record of delivering sales growth, market expansion, and profitable business results.
  • Excellent negotiation, commercial, and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
