So what’s the challenge...
As an Expert Account Manager – Wholesalers Impulse, you will control the achievement of sales targets, maximize performance, and increase engagement of Hellenic Lotteries wholesalers through the provision of support, guidance, promotion of Allwyn interests and products, and effective relationship management.

 

What your day to day will include:

•    Designing and implementing a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence 
•    Proposing sales targets for HL wholesale accounts and monitoring and supporting their achievement to drive performance and profitability 
•    Building and maintaining strong relationships with HL wholesalers, guiding them toward sustainable growth through sales support, issue resolution, and improvement initiatives 
•    Handling negotiations with current and potential HL wholesalers for the establishment of commercial agreements 
•    Supporting commercial policy creation and overseeing compliance, including accurate SLA implementation 
•    Developing new network wholesalers and contributing to the expansion of indirect sales channels to enhance market coverage 
•    Monitoring product stock levels of key account partners and coordinating timely delivery of Hellenic Lotteries and TORA products 
•    Ensuring that key account partners have the required knowledge and certifications to promote Allwyn products in line with standards 
•    Collaborating with Allwyn teams on product, marketing, and merchandising initiatives and providing customer-driven feedback 
•    Monitoring partners’ financial performance, including credit follow-up, and proposing improvements to support operational efficiency and financial health
•    Providing technical expertise and guidance to achieve set goals and improve operational performance

 

What you’ll bring:
•    BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or MSc in Sales / Marketing considered a plus 
•    8+ years of hands-on experience in area / regional sales or Key Account Management within large retail networks (e.g. Retail, Telecoms, Banking, FMCG), including management of large accounts 
•    Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills 
•    Strong results-oriented and customer-focused mindset, with analytical and strategic thinking abilities 
•    Solid knowledge of Allwyn products and services, as well as the regulatory framework and internal processes 
•    Experience with reporting tools and ERP systems 
•    Proven team management capabilities 
•    Proficient user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
