Role Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and supporting the partnership between Colgate and Wholesalers in order to deliver net sales, distribution volume, NPAT, and market share targets. The Customer Development Executive plays an integral role in driving consumer demand.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders (Buyers and Store Managers) by providing objective business analysis to ensure our portfolio has optimal visibility and exposure.
  • Consultative Business Growth: Proactively identify customer needs and interpret sales data to develop "win-win" solutions that drive volume, market share, and account P&L profitability.
  • End-to-End Sales Execution: Lead the development and implementation of customer-specific plans, ensuring 100% compliance with in-store promotions, pricing, and planograms.
  • Operational Synergy: Partner closely with Logistics to forecast demand and track orders, ensuring on-time delivery and maintaining high service levels even during supply constraints.
  • Market Intelligence & Insights: Monitor the competitive landscape and shopper trends to provide actionable feedback to Customer Marketing, enabling us to pivot strategies in real-time.
  • Performance Excellence: Conduct rigorous business reviews and track KPIs to proactively address gaps in sales activity, receivables, and distribution.


Required Qualifications:

  • Concluded Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • Active Driver’s License
  • Upper-intermediate to Advanced proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in the use of Excel/Google Sheets


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales experience in FMCG companies
  • Data analysis and Excel management capabilities
  • Presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively
