Location: Bell Ford – North Phoenix
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, with every other Saturday

Bell Ford in North Phoenix is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Wholesaler to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to wholesale clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist wholesale customers in selecting the correct parts in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing accurate pricing and availability
  • Communicate technical information clearly to a wide range of customers
  • Maintain strong organizational habits and attention to detail in all transactions
  • Manage parts inventory and place special orders as needed
  • Collaborate with internal departments and support overall parts operations
  • Work every other Saturday as scheduled

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an automotive dealership (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Stable work history with strong references
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred (but not required)
  • Internet parts sales and accessory knowledge a plus
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems, and thrive under pressure
  • Team-oriented mindset

Pre-Hire Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
