Internal Wholesaler Summer Intern

Job Description

The ISC Internal Wholesaling Intern will support the Internal Wholesaling team in driving sales activity, enhancing advisor engagement, and strengthening the distribution of our investment solutions. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented student interested in financial services, asset management, sales support, and relationship management. The intern will gain hands-on experience working closely with internal wholesalers, external wholesalers, and ISC leadership on meaningful business initiatives.  Key Responsibilities  Sales & Advisor Support  Gain professional work experience by executing meaningful business projects Enhance your technical and financial skills through on-the-job experience and training Collaborate on assignments with multiple other teams such as in IT, Accounting, Marketing Operations, among others Assist internal wholesalers with daily outreach to financial advisors through call campaigns, email follow-ups, and meeting scheduling. Research advisor activity, territory trends, and product opportunities.  Business Development & Analytics  Analyze sales data, pipeline activity, and advisor engagement metrics to identify growth opportunities. Help maintain CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) by entering notes, updating advisor profiles, and supporting territory analytics. Prepare territory reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.  Marketing & Product Support  Assist in creating and updating product materials, presentations, and talking points. Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure accurate and timely distribution of updated resources. Help coordinate marketing campaigns, email outreach, and targeted advisor communications.  Operational Support  Support coordination of internal meetings, training sessions, and strategic planning activities. Assist with project work related to process enhancements, playbook updates, and best practice documentation. Provide general administrative support to the Internal Wholesaling team.    Skills & Qualifications  Currently a college Junior at time of application. Pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Strong interest in financial services, investments, and sales strategy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
