What you´ll do Takes and processes orders of customer Negotiates customer agreements Establishes and maintains strong commercial customer relations Develops an action plan for each customer in line with objectives Attends to customer care to ensure that all client needs are met Coordinates with TAs education implementation and sales impact Steers the overdue payments, blocks orders if needed Meets sales and distribution targets Ensures merchandising and brand representation in salons Carries out administrative tasks related to reporting and contract management Pro-actively maintains understanding of market developments and relevant product knowledge Actively looks to grow NCA to maximise territory coverage
