Reporting to the Head of Mass Market Distribution, Individual Insurance Sales, the Wholesaler – Mass Market will be accountable for handling and retaining relationships with Advisors in the Multi-level Marketing Work Model. This role combines the responsibilities of both External and Internal Wholesalers, focusing on: Relationship Management: Proactively develop and maintain relationships with key advisors and intermediaries, focusing on scheduling 200 in-person meetings per year, providing product training, case consultation, joint fieldwork, sales proposal design, and point-of-sale assistance as required. Sales Support: Provide case consultation, sales, product, and marketing support to select advisors and intermediaries in the territory to drive sales of individual life and living benefit insurance at Manulife.
