Agency Wholesaler About this Role: The Agency Wholesaler is responsible for driving agent engagement and sales with our Agency partnerships. Job Responsibilities: Develop successful agency partnerships including managing technical integrations, agent training, compensation plans, and underwriting analysis Some overnight travel to engage and support agency partners throughout Virginia. Monitor agent engagement and sales by agency; create and execute plans to increase quote volume and sales. Collect and share individual agent feedback on Elephant’s competitiveness, compensation plans, business practices, and tools.
