Summary The Regional Wholesaler position reports to the sales desk manager and is responsible for building, maintaining and growing assigned region. This individual also works in conjunction with the Regional Sales Directors to effectively grow overall agent base. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Builds and maintains relationships by promoting NWL products and services through proactive outbound calls to prospective and current agents / NMOs Deliver effective and highly successful presentations to producers about our products and company Answers direct incoming calls from agents with special requests including but not limited to proposals, product features, product positioning, business processing Keep up to date on NWL products and services along with industry trends and news Assist with marketing campaigns through proactive contact and relationship building with agents Work in collaboration with sales associates to ensure all forms request, contracting paperwork and service requests are handled in a timely manner Create sales ideas, cross selling, and communicating ideas and concepts to agents Meet or exceeds metrics assigned to the role Perform other duties as assigned Licenses & Certifications Life license obtained within 180 days of start date LOMA Insurance Courses I & II or must complete within first year of employment Series 6 and 63 preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications other relevant field, Plus 2-3 years of sales or service experience.
