The mission of the Vice President – Life Sales is to recruit and manage A-Level advisors to DMI with the ultimate goal of driving life sales. Essential Roles and Responsibilities: Convert warm advisor leads provided by BDR or Marketing Team Work an existing book of 150+ current advisors who have been lower producing or become dormant within DMI to sell life insurance Cross Sell active DMI life agents to sell annuity Work an advisor’s book of clients to uncover life opportunities Profile an advisor and their book of clients to uncover life opportunities Position Summary: Knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others by understanding how their individual needs and motivations link to your sales goals is essential.
