Overview Initiates, develops and maintains sales of Lafayette Life products within assigned geographical area. Works with the Director Internal Wholesale Team - Product Illustration, Training and Ideation and Regional Sales VP's to achieve corporate life and annuity premium sales goals. Core to their success is the ability to recruit, train and onboard new GA's and IMO's. Provides a broad range of sales and marketing support to PPGA's and IMO's. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible to independently make a broad range of decisions escalating to manager when appropriate and updating manager on regular basis. Uses extensive in-depth knowledge of Lafayette Life products, services, illustrations and systems to provide both electronic delivery and field training to support PPGA's and IMO's.
