Description The Group Manager referred to as the Divisoinal Director manages a team of Senior Investment Consultants. At this level, team composition usually covers multiple products, partner firm types and/or a geographic regions or sub-regions. Guides and collaborates with team members on sources of new business opportunities and prospects. The DD will work closely with partner firm COI's to ensure they are uncovering best opportunities for their team. Conducts market research and analyses to identify areas of pursuit. Ensures that prospecting activities of the team align with business unit goals and objectives and are focused on responsible business growth that is compliant, of acceptable risk and profitable.
