Corporate Sales Manager: Wholesale & Dealer Trades Long Lewis Auto Group | Corporate Headquarters, Florence, AL
Pay: $75,000 to $100,000 base, plus commission Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours (8 to 5 or 9 to 6); occasional Saturday rotation
Long Lewis Auto Group is looking for an experienced sales manager to lead our dealer trade and wholesale operation across all 10+ Long Lewis locations. If you know the car business but are ready to step off the showroom floor and away from the daily retail grind, this role puts your experience to work at the group level.
What you’ll do
Lead the Dealer Trade department with full authority over staffing and process: hiring, firing, performance reviews, and accountability
Ensure accurate pay for the team and all drivers
Oversee all internal transfers between Long Lewis stores, including driver management and coordination
Manage external dealer trades with dealerships across the country
