Job Summary
The Regional Wholesaler position reports to the sales desk manager and is responsible for building, maintaining and growing assigned region. This individual also works in conjunction with the Regional Sales Directors to effectively grow overall agent base.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Builds and maintains relationships by promoting NWL products and services through proactive outbound calls to prospective and current agents / NMOs
Deliver effective and highly successful presentations to producers about our products and company
Answers direct incoming calls from agents with special requests including but not limited to proposals, product features, product positioning, business processing
Keep up to date on NWL products and services along with industry trends and news
Assist with marketing campaigns through proactive contact and relationship building with agents
