Guardian is seeking a Group Benefits Sales Representative who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Group brokers to drive ongoing sales of our Multi-Life Disability (MLDI) product. Success will be determined based on the ability to attain high levels of production through broker development and internal relationships. This role will report to a Group Benefits Sales Leader. You will: Understand territory dynamics to build, develop, and maintain Group broker relationships to grow the MLDI book of business while representing Guardian’s vision to inspire well-being. Be accountable for consistently achieving or exceeding sales production expectations by implementing tactical sales strategies and acting as the subject matter expert for MLDI.
