Internal Wholesaler (Inside Sales)

Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with financial advisors, develop expertise in asset management, and prepare for potential advancement into external wholesaling or other growth roles within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with your designated territory team to develop and execute a business plan that maximizes sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Financial Advisors, RIAs, and industry partners.
  • Make proactive outbound calls to prospect new advisors and identify sales opportunities.
  • Schedule quality appointments for external wholesalers with producing or high-potential RIAs.
  • Serve as a product expert on Toews’ Model Portfolios, Mutual Funds, and ETFs.
  • Assist financial advisors in analyzing client financial information to recommend appropriate strategies.
  • Consistently execute 100+ outbound touches per day to drive engagement and growth.
  • Be present in the NYC office at least 4 out of 5 days each week to foster collaboration, training, and team culture.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (+incentive bonus. Commensurate with experience)
  • Incentives: Competitive Bonus structure.
