Job Description:

  • Grow ExchangeRight’s brand and partnership profile by wholesaling non-traded REIT shares and 1031-eligible DST interests to Investment Advisors and Registered Reps in your dedicated region to help them and their clients be secure, free, and generous.
  • Conduct virtual and face to face meetings with financial professionals and their clients to discuss ExchangeRight’s products.
  • Drive sales through the diverse product line offered by ExchangeRight.
  • Service existing financial professionals in your region.
  • Participate in sales training and other team-based activities (conferences, webinars, events) as needed.
  • Via Salesforce CRM, diligently manage your daily activities and documentation of field interactions.
  • Partner with dedicated internal wholesaler on sales ideas, campaigns, schedule, and region rotation mapping.
  • Prepare weekly action plan and review it daily with Internal business partner to determine each day’s action steps for the region.

 Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Series 7 license with FINRA
  • Experience successfully raising REIT capital as an external wholesaler, especially in the Pacific Northwest.
  • Experience working in the RIA and IBD channels, LPL a plus!
  • Expertise in non-traded REITs, DSTs, 1031 exchanges, and 721 exchanges.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Collaborative team-based mindset with entrepreneurial attitude.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to effectively problem solve.
  • Living in the territory is preferred.
