Job description

  • Support External Wholesalers across multiple regions in a fundraiser and sales support role by initiating outbound calls, emails, marketing campaigns and ad-hoc requests

  • Partner closely with External Wholesalers to cultivate new prospects within the RIA and Multi-Family Office channels

  • Liaise with Financial Advisors at banks, wirehouses, independent broker-dealers and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs)

  • Provide comprehensive after-sales support for Financial Advisors by communicating on fund/firm/market updates

  • Follow up with Advisors after in-person and virtual meetings to provide additional information and inquire about further needs

  • Convert Financial Advisors who have yet to commit to alternative investments into allocators

  • Coordinate planning of roadshows/meetings/conference calls for External Wholesalers as well as other members within the Ardian organization

  • Develop deep understanding and product knowledge of Ardian's funds with strong positioning strategies

  • Work in coordination with External Wholesalers to create compelling marketing campaigns

  • Maintain and ascertain competitive intelligence by staying apprised of industry news, attending meetings, conferences and trainings

Required skills / profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 1-3 years in the financial services industry with a minimum of 1 year in a sales-oriented role

  • Excellent written and oral skills

  • Proven ability to cultivate relationships with strong presentation skills

  • Desire to work in a sales role within a larger Investor Relations business

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Series 7 & 63 licenses (or equivalent) required
