Summary
Our Internal Wholesaler will play a critical role in enhancing outreach efforts, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the seamless execution of various projects. This position involves providing comprehensive support to the sales team, managing client interactions, and contributing to the development of sales strategies. The role also includes maintaining Salesforce records, facilitating communication between Investor Relations and Sales, and collaborating with the Marketing department to support webinars, presentations and promotional activities.
Primary Responsibilities
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
College degree or 2(+) years of working equivalent
FINRA Registration (Series 7 and 63) required
Proven sales and marketing skills with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth and effectively communicate complex concepts
In-depth understanding of real estate, securities, and taxation
Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and the ability to maintain and utilize these tools for tracking and reporting is a must
Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with the ability to create presentations, manage documents and analyze data
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and contributing to a positive work environment
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely management of reservations and updates
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and seizing opportunities
